Pastor Josh teaches in Genesis 1:26-28 that humanity is uniquely created in the image of God, giving every person inherent dignity, value, and purpose. It emphasizes that human beings—male and female—are designed by God to reflect His character, multiply His image, and steward creation faithfully. Pastor Josh teaches from Ephesians 5:22–33 that marriage is designed by God to display the gospel—the relationship between Christ and His church. Wives are called to a voluntary posture of respect and submission to their own husbands, as unto the Lord. Husbands are called to Christlike love that is sacrificial, sanctifying (aimed at spiritual good), and tender, never harsh or abusive. The message ends by pointing to Jesus as the source of forgiveness and power for imperfect spouses so their marriages can “tell the truth” about the gospel.

Pastor Josh teaches from Ephesians 4:7–16, that true church growth is not driven by consumer preferences or gimmicks, but by God’s design revealed in Scripture. Christ gives leaders to equip all believers to serve, so that the whole church grows together into spiritual maturity. Success is defined as becoming more like Jesus, not merely increasing attendance. Growth happens as the church speaks the truth in love, each member does their part, and all remain connected to Christ as the head.
 

Psalm 16 examines the anatomy of true faith—faith that trusts in God, submits to Him as Lord, and delights in Him above all else. It challenges listeners to move beyond mere belief about God to personal reliance on Him for refuge and salvation. The message points to Jesus’ resurrection as the ultimate fulfillment of Psalm 16 and the assurance of faith. Because Christ is risen, believers can face life and death with unshakable hope, lasting joy, and confidence in eternal life.
 

Pastor Eric looks at Psalm 118 reveals God’s steadfast love (hesed) as the foundation of praise, deliverance, and salvation.

He also prays that the church would grasp—both intellectually and experientially—the vast dimensions of Christ’s immeasurable love. Ultimately, Paul anchors this prayer in God’s limitless power and His worthiness to receive glory for all generations.

Pastor Josh continues in Ephesians 3:1-13 where Paul explains the mystery of Christ—that through the gospel, Jews and Gentiles are united as one family in Christ. He urges believers to see themselves as ministers of this message, called to proclaim the riches of Christ in every context. Paul’s own suffering serves as an example of embracing the cross for the good of others, trusting that God uses hardship for His purposes. Ultimately, faithful ministry relies not on personal strength but on the empowering presence of Christ working through His people.
 

Ephesians 2:11–22 shows how the gospel not only reconciles individuals to God but also unites diverse people into one new family in Christ. Paul calls believers to remember their past separation, Christ’s work of bringing them near, and their new identity as citizens, family members, and living stones in God’s temple. Jesus Himself is our peace, destroying hostility and forming a unified church built on Him as the cornerstone.
